Lead by 200 HR RYT Bryanna Panther - this 4 week yoga series is designed for kids ages 3-6. This 45 minute class includes poses, stories, and games to incorporate each weeks theme. It's a perfect class to help kids burn through energy, play, and interact with other kids their age. We end every class with 5 minutes of savasana - helping show kids how to breathe, relax, and be still in silence. Parent participation is welcome and encouraged.
Pre-registration is required - space is limited.
This class requires at least 5 kids to make this a fun and full class.
